Typically you will receive your box 3-4 days after ordering. Your order is processed in 48 hrs and posted using Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number and can keep updated through the Royal Mail website.

We hate to see you leave, but you can cancel your subscription anytime after your initial payment. You can cancel your deliveries from the Manage Subscriptions page. Click on ‘Login’ to enter your account page, where you can ‘Edit / Cancel’ your subscriptions. If you’ve already paid for your next order, that will be the final box you receive and no further charges will be made.

We do our best to ensure that your LoLA box is in perfect condition when it leaves us! If you are missing items or if your box looks damaged (which can sometimes happen in transit) just give us a shout and we’ll get the problem fixed as quickly as we can! Email us on hello@lotsoflovelyart.com

We include generous amounts of high-quality materials in all our boxes to accommodate two children. Paints, oil pastels etc can be shared but you may need to add in paper from home.

Of course, you can also purchase individual subscriptions for each child so they can open their own package each month!

Absolutely! LoLA boxes make wonderful gifts that keep on giving! Simply visit our Boxes page and make your box selection. At checkout in the ‘order notes’ section, please provide details such as the child’s name and shipping address, and gift message to personalise your gift.

For those who subscribe between the 1-25th of the month: Payment will be taken that day and your box sent immediately. Subsequent payments will then be taken on the 1st of each month, and you will receive boxes in the first week of each month.

For those who subscribe from the 25th of the month onwards: Payment will be taken on the 1st of the following month and your box will be sent in the first week. All subsequent payments will be taken on the 1st of the month and boxes will continue to be sent to you in the first week of each month.

Your first box will be posted to you within 24 hrs of your order. For the months after, subscriptions are sent out on the 1st of the month.

So if you subscribed on the 15th, you will receive your first box straight away, and then the next box on the 1st of the next month. However, if you order late in the month, from the 25th onwards, we will send you the next month’s box on the 1st.
